For serious, there’s some original content coming soon on here. I’m working on a history of the kibbutz (for gentiles) and, related, a fun list (with etymology!) of yiddish words used in english and some book reports. In the meantime, people jumping on swings!
And, pictures of other people’s parties from Flickr
I know I haven’t been actually posting anything proper, original content but Katy’s been in town and whatnot. I have a few things in the works. In the meantime, here’s a shiny video of the cherry trees blossoming at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.
I’m not really even sure what to say about this. This dude from this ColorWars (a reference to some east coast upper middle class summer camp thing) blog solicited his readers to recreate a childhood photo as an adult. Young Me - Now Me. It’s amazing and totally addictive
And this woman. Who is she? It’s amazing. I laughed out loud. Twice. And teared up a little bit. I don’t even know why but it’s so….cute. I’m not sure who I want to hang out with more; the young her or the now her. Both of them seem like the most fun ever.
