People deserve what they get. But, please, in the name of all that is holy, go out and vote for Barack Obama. Go volunteer. And for godsakes if you’re in California stand up and tell those fucking Christians (and Mormons and all the other whack jobs) to go and suck it. No on Prop 8. Don’t fuck it up.
I’m wearing a “No on Prop 8″ button all the time here on the conference. Has been a good conversation-started.

I voted no on Prop 4 as well, but a person can make a reasonable argument for it. I may disagree but we can discuss it. We CANNOT discuss denying basic civil rights to a swath of our population. Shame them, like the racists, to the dark holes of the country.
President Obama — but it looks like Prop 8 won. Bah. 1 outta 2 ain’t bad, I guess, given our recent history. Still disappointing.
